CAMP SUNSHINE

Crazy Creative Camp for Kids Ages 3-7!
A wonderful way for children to experience camp for the first time. We provide an environment that is fun, safe and stimulating. Each session has a specific theme that includes: unique projects, games, songs, stories, snacks, outside activities and more!

Monday – Thursday at the YMCA at Pabst Farms
9:00am – 12:00pm OR
NEW offering 12:30-3:30pm

  • Drop off and pick up will be at Kid’s Gym and we will be outside as much as possible
  • $100 Y Member  $135 CP (per week)
  • Age groups are subject to change based on registration.

Registration for Y Members starts March 3rd!

Community Participants registration starts March 17th

2025 DATES AND THEMES:

June 16-19 : Aloha Summer
Aloha! Let’s all welcome Summer together with creative projects, water games, music, playing in the sun, swimming and all sorts of adventurous summer fun.

June 23-26: Animal Adventure
Let’s go on an animal adventure! Come and explore the jungle with us! If your child loves animals then this the perfect camp for them!  

June 30-July 3: Lost in Space
Join us for an out-of-this-world adventure and have a blast learning about planets, stars, rockets, and outer space.  It’s the perfect launchpad for future space explorers. 

July 7-10: YMCA All Stars
Ready, Set, Go!  It’s time for some sports!  Campers will play soccer, basketball, table hockey, swim and much more.

July 14-17: Water, Water Everywhere
Are you ready to get soaked? Come and make a splash with us as we explore all the fun ways to play with water. Water balloons, swimming, sprinklers and more! Be prepared to get wet!

July 21-24: Happy Campers  
Do you love the outdoors?  This camp will help your children experience camping and foster their love of nature!  This is great for the children who have camped before and for those who have never been camping! Camp sunshine will bring the experience to them!

July 28-31: Digging Science
Spark your imagination and explore the science behind the world around us. Using a STEM approach, we will build, create, explore and experiment our way through the wonders of science.

August 4-7 : Ocean Adventures
Let’s go on a deep- sea adventure!  With ocean-themed crafts, games, and activities, campers will swim, play and learn all about the incredible world beneath the waters.

August 11-14: Dinosaur Galore
It’s a week full of prehistoric adventures. Travel back in time and uncover fossils, meet prehistoric creatures, and dig up all sorts of dinosaur fun

August 18-21: Splish Splash 
Splish Splash we will have a blast. It’s time to get soaked at camp Sunshine! Campers will spend the week playing with and in water. Water Balloons, water relays, the pool and sprinkler fun! Be prepared to get wet!

SETTING YOU UP FOR SUCCESS

If your child needs special physical, cognitive or emotional accommodations, please be sure to indicate that upon registration. Please contact us to discuss how we can work together to create a positive experience.

Potty Training: All children MUST be fully potty trained – no pull-ups. Children must be comfortable using the bathroom independently.
