Mended Hearts Cardiac Support Group
Meet at the Pabst Farms branch on the last Wednesday of the month: Meeting dates are as follows:
Dates: 09/25/2024, 10/30/2024, No Meeting in November and December, 01/29/2025, 02/26/2025, 03/26/2025, 04/30/2025, 05/28/2025, No Meeting June-August, 9/24/25, 10/29/25
6:30-8pm in the Senior Center room.
Non-Y members, please stop at Member Services prior to your first meeting. We will issue you a key tag for facility access during your program.
*Feb 26, 2025, meeting Topic: A 26-year cardiac disease survivor will speak, listen, and offer advice to others pertaining to the emotional and physical ups and downs of living with a chronic disease.

Y-NOT-TRI
Whether you’re a seasoned triathlete, or looking to toe the line for the very first time, our Y-NOT-TRI is a great addition to your 2025 race calendar. With individual and relay options, there’s a race for everyone!
Registrations after February 28th will not receive a finisher T-Shirt.
Only one registration needed for a relay, additional registration cost covers all 3 participants.
