A coach’s role in your journey can be the determining factor that takes you from where you are to where you want to be. Most of us know what we need to do, yet we have a hard time actually taking action and building the habits to support our goals. It takes time and accountability to establish good healthy habits and we are here to support you in your journey.
A FREE 15-minute Healthy Habits consultation with a coach will help you determine if 1-on-1 Coaching is right for you.
1-on-1 Coaching comes in 3 different levels of support:
DRIVE BY HIGH FIVE COACHING- $55 member/$95 community per month
1 hour initial consult – in person
15 min. touch base – in person or virtually
ProCoach habit tracking app
NEXT LEVEL COACHING – $95 member/$145 community per month
Includes the first level PLUS
1- 30 minute touch base – in person or virtually
PREMIER COACHING- $145 member/$195 community per month
Includes the first level PLUS (minus the 15 min. touch base)
4 -30 minute touch base – in person or virtually (weekly)
Weekly email with deep health information

We also offer small group sessions that run 7 or 8 weeks, meeting once a week with a coach and other growth-minded members reaching their personal goals.
