SWALLOW 4K WRAP-AROUND
Our 4K Wrap-Around Care is a Wisconsin State Licensed program available on site at Swallow School. This program is run by a certified teacher and designed to encourage children to build healthy, happy attitudes and to acquire competencies and skills through a variety of work and play experiences.
- AM Wrap Care: 8:00am – 12:00pm
- PM Wrap Care: 10:55am – 3:16pm
- Parents also have the option of utilizing our Y-Care before and after school program (additional fees apply)

Swallow 4K Wrap Lead: Jessie
My name is Jessie Weyenberg and I am a 4k Wrap Around Care Lead Teacher. I have been with the Glacial Community YMCA since September 2023. This is my second-year teaching with the program. My favorite part about the 4K Wrap Around Care program is to plan fun and engaging lessons around math and literacy, such as math dice games or scavenger hunts to find letters in the room. In the 2025-2026 school year, my goal is to plan more lessons that incorporate science. Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, running with my dog, and biking. In the winter months, I enjoy skiing and reading. I look forward to meeting you and your family!

Please complete the following online forms and return them to the Y’s Child Care Center with your payment.
Registration is complete when registration paperwork has been verified and payment fees are received.
Additional Forms
- Immunization Waiver:
Complete if you are waiving your child’s immunization requirement. - Authorization to Administer Medication: Needed if there is a possibility that our staff will need to administer medication to your child while under our care.
- Alternative Arrival/Release Form: Needed if a parent will not be dropping off/picking up your child from our program (walks to school, leaves to attend another program, etc.)
- Y Care Bank Draft Form: If you need to update your bank draft information.
